How to be professional. What's the meaning of professionalism.
I cannot give a whole definition. I can say a clear example of fake professionalism: overtime.
Most of the times, if you need to work on sunday or saturday, it means you are not able to complete your work in a given time. The first thing to do is to acknowledge that this situation is the consequence of one or more failures.
Instead of working 24/7 to reach some goal you should try the opposite strategy: reserve some free time to think about the process and why you need to work hard.

People can show their energies only in presence of limits.
I remember "The Legend of 1900" of Baricco:
"That keyboard is infinite... and if that keyboard is infinite, then on that keyboard there is no music you can play. You're sitting on the wrong bench... That is God's piano" and the conclusion:
"Take piano: keys begin, keys end. You know there are 88 of them. Nobody can tell you any different. They are not infinite. You're infinite... And on those keys, the music that you can make... is infinite. I like that. That I can live by..."
