I'm reading "Agile Coaching" ; until chapter 4 it's full of trivial suggestions. It looks like a priest when he recommends you to become more good for the near future.
Now i find some interesting advice. Noone of them is new, but it's always useful remember them.
Not Too Easy, Not Too Hard
The secret to great teams is they need reachable but challenging goals.
Everyone needs to be sufficiently challenged, neither bored nor anxious.
This is the optimum work zone where people enjoy it the most.
If work is too easy, developers will get bored and demotivated.
... and the solution...
Time for Innovation We’ve met developers on Agile projects who were burned out by working on a continuous stream of user stories. If they don’t get time to explore new technology or experiment with innovative product ideas, teams become demotivated. Make time in iteration plans for them to explore new ideas.
(like the Gold Card practice)
And always remember to...
Celebrate Success!!!
Find ways to celebrate the success of every release. Having a team
lunch or drinks celebrates success and increases team bonding.

Tommaso, I have (atleast :)) a doubt:
- agile is more about acting and then reflecting than about thinking upfront
- agile leadership is more about example than telling people what to do
this books violate both points and this give me a strange feeling.
I think it's a collection of experiences. You can find here or there something interesting ...but... with a bit of rationality you can reach the same solutions.
